As long as the balance in your account is sufficient, you can quickly buy your ticket without making any other payments.

3- What is 3D Secure? In this system developed by Visa and Mastercard in order to increase your security in all ticket purchases you make on the Ariva World website, you are directed to the website of the bank that owns your card during the post-booking payment process, and the verification process is performed with the password of your Credit Card. Thus, even if your card number is known to others, you ensure your electronic security because only you know your password.

4- Can I fly with the ticket I bought? You can book your flight with the ticket number that will be created as a result of the ticket purchase you complete by selecting the appropriate flights on the Ariva World website. Electronic flight ticket is an application used by all airline companies. Since the ticket you purchased is registered to the reservation system of the airline company, you can fly if you present a valid ID card for domestic flights and a valid passport for international flights during check-in. Can I make changes to the ticket I bought? You can view your tickets, which you will list in the "sales" section of the Ariva World website, by clicking on them, and make a request to the Ariva World Support Line by typing the details about the change in the "dialog box" in the window that appears. Your requests will be answered as soon as possible and you will be notified of the penalty or refund, if any, related to the change process. If you approve the transaction, your change will be recorded on your ticket. Important: It is not possible to change the first or last name on a reservation or ticket. If the name or surname needs to be changed, you must cancel your reservation by following the rules of the class you have chosen and make a new reservation.

5- How can I cancel my ticket? You can cancel the ticket you have purchased on the same day from the Ariva World Support Line within the framework of the rules determined by the airline. Important : There are no refunds for the cancellations of the Promotional classes and some economy classes of the airlines. You should check the class rules before canceling. If you want to cancel it on a date other than the day you purchased it, you can view your ticket by clicking on the "sales" section, and make a request to the Ariva World Support Line by typing the details regarding the cancellation in the "dialog box" in the window that appears. Your requests will be answered as soon as possible and you will be notified of the penalty and refund, if any, related to the cancellation process. If you approve the transaction, your cancellation will be carried out.

6- What does no show mean? If you do not use the flight you have purchased, knowingly or unknowingly, the airline will place your ticket in the NoShow category. For no show flights, the airlines return rules apply.

7- What do the abbreviations like GDS and LCC mean? GDS (General Distribution System) is the name given to the general distribution systems used by airlines. Ariva World publishes the flights it provides from GDSs on its website. LCC (Low Cost Carrier) Airlines that provide low cost and therefore cheap flights.

12- Where should I apply for my Special Baggage? You can inform the Ariva World Support Line in the ticket transactions section for some pet musical instruments and similar materials that you need to take with you during the flight. Ariva World does not take any responsibility if your requests, which will be reported to the airline as a note, are not accepted by the airline at check-in. Airlines may charge for such extra baggage at check-in, excluding the ticket price.

13- Where should I apply if I lose my luggage? Each airline has its own rules regarding baggage. If your luggage is lost or damaged, you should contact the Lost and Found Offices of the relevant airport.

14- To whom should I forward my special requests for passengers with mobility impairments? For passengers with physical disability, you can request a wheelchair when purchasing your ticket. Apart from this, you should contact the Ariva World Support Line for patients and accompanying passengers. Your requests will be forwarded by contacting the airline.

15- When should I be at the airport for the flight? For domestic flights, you must go to the check-in counter at the airport 90 minutes before your flight departure time. For international flights, you must check-in 3 hours before departure time. During check-in, you must have your Turkish Identity Card for Domestic Flights, your Passport for International Flights and, if desired, your visa and permit documents to enter the country you are flying to.
